Our highest rating goes to this Stanford University designed workout program. This is a program designed and engineered by really smart people. The trainers got fit by practicing the Ocinator program. The meal plan is easy, super easy to understand and follow. The Ocinator program proves that making things easy is actually really hard and requires research and development.
Unlike other workout programs, Ocinator believes that more pain, sweat, and exhaustion does not equal better looking results. We believe in working out intelligently, efficiently, and regularly to chisel muscles without necessarily exhausting ourselves. At Stanford University, we acquired design thinking, engineering, sports medicine, and nutrition knowledge. Using this knowledge, we researched, designed, and tested a program that solves the need to lose weight and maintain a healthy and attractive body while minimizing workout pain and time.
A program that only requires healthy eating and 20 minutes/day of non-exhausting exercise from home, with make-it-yourself inexpensive equipment, will help you sculpt an athletic and toned physique for a lifetime.
You won’t need to worry about wasting time commuting to a sweaty, gross, and germ-filled gym. You won’t need to exhaust yourself. Simply follow along each day’s 20-minute exercise video, eat food that will help you look and feel good all day, and maintain lasting results.

It works, it works, it works! I am feeling and seeing muscles I did not know I had.

I have been using this program for 30 days and the results are amazing. I can feel solid progress and all of this, with no pain or suffering. My brain is asking for more instead of running away like it happened to me with previous programs I tried. Thank you Ocinator!
